John Kirwan BSC MRICS has been appointed an investment surveyor by Aitchison Raffety. Based in the company’s London office, he will specialise in investment brokerage and land acquisition and joins the company from Ask-re where he was an investment partner. He will further develop Aitchison Raffety’s relationships with UK and overseas clients as well as asset managing some properties on behalf of overseas investors.

John Kirwan was a retail surveyor at Savills before joining Ask-re's investment team specialising in the sale and acquisition of investment properties for both private and institutional clients.
