Philip Waite, Group Director will head up the new office. He commented: "whilst the UK economy has continued to struggle in the last quarter and prospects in the commercial property market are generally perceived as being poor, we believe the long term prospects of this region are extremely positive and it is as a result of this resilience and the success of our Oxford and Wycombe offices that we have decided to open a new larger office covering both these markets and the Thames Valley as a whole." |
