Graduate surveyor, Philip Richards is now working alongside Paul Quin on agency having joined the company on 12th October 2009.

Tomlinson Quin was formed in 1989 by Francis Tomlinson BSc FRICS and Paul Quin as a result of a management buyout from the Hogg Robinson Group and prior to that it was part of Chancellors Group. Francis Tomlinson is predominantly involved with landlord and tenant matters and is on the President of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Panels Arbitrators and Independent Experts.
