Aitchison Raffety Assists In Obtaining Covent Garden Offices

Aitchison Raffety has assisted Enterprise Insight into taking 5,986 sq ft (556m ² ) of first floor office space at 172 Drury Lane WC2 in the Covent Garden area of central London. The space is leased from ING Covent Garden LLP, a joint venture between ING and Rugby Estates on a five year lease at £224,475 pa, equating to £37.50 psf (£403.75 psm) subject to an option break in year three. A three month rent free period was agreed. E A Shaw and Robin Calver acted on behalf of ING Covent Garden LLP.
